The Challenge
HUS Estate was building a resort on the Black Sea coast at Akladi bay: four developments of apartments, sea houses and beach villas, sold unit by unit to Bulgarian and international buyers. The brand did not exist yet. Neither did any structure for presenting the inventory.
The hard part was never the homepage. It was the catalogue underneath it. A buyer arrives knowing roughly what they want, a two-bedroom with a sea view on an upper floor, and has to get from that intent to one specific unit. Which means every building, every floor and every apartment needs to be a real page, reachable in the right order, with the right floor plan and the right square meterage on it. Get the structure wrong and 325 properties become an unsearchable list.
Then double it. The buyer base is split between Bulgarian and international, so every page needed a full English equivalent that search engines serve to the right market instead of treating as duplicate content.

Branding
We built the Antea identity from zero: logo, colour palette and typography, documented in a brand book with a custom illustrated element set drawn for the resort, including the clouds and seashells that run through the brand.
The honest proof that it worked is where it ended up. Within weeks of delivery the client’s marketing team came back asking for the brand book elements and the packaged font set so they could produce point of sale materials themselves. A brand system that the client can run without us is the outcome worth having.
Page structure
We designed the site around how someone actually buys a unit, not around the org chart of the development.
The interactive complex Master Plan is the entry point: buyers start from the site plan and move inward. From there the structure goes four levels deep, development to building to floor to unit, with nine CMS collections carrying it. Unit page titles are built as breadcrumbs, so “Apartment A 1 / Building 1 / Floor 1 | Antea Green Residence” tells a buyer and a search engine exactly where in the complex they have landed. A dedicated available properties page cuts across the hierarchy for buyers who want to see only what is still for sale.

Web design
Design ran in Figma with the client’s marketing and commercial teams reviewing every round, in a standing weekly meeting. The homepage went through a full rebuild against their feedback before it was approved, and the mobile composition was treated as a lead requirement throughout, including in how the hero video was framed. All pages were signed off on 29 May 2026.

Webflow development and CMS architecture
Nine collections carry the property catalogue: 228 Green Residence apartments, 64 Sea Residence apartments, 24 sea houses and 9 beach villas, plus 72 building and floor pages that hold the hierarchy together, and a news collection. Floor pages sit on nested routes so a floor stays addressable inside its own entrance and building rather than floating in a flat list.
Enquiry forms post into the client’s own CRM, tested end to end per sub-brand so a lead on a Green Residence apartment arrives tagged differently from a lead on a sea house. We worked through the availability-status sync design directly with the client’s CRM developer and systems administrator, because a property catalogue that shows sold units as available costs the sales team more than a slow page ever will.
The homepage carries a full Resort entity graph in structured data: Resort, Organization, four Accommodation types, twelve amenity specifications and geo coordinates, so search engines and AI assistants can read what Antea is, where it is and what it offers without parsing the layout.
Multilingual localization
The site runs as a complete two-language mirror on Webflow Localization: 440 Bulgarian URLs and 440 English, with no gaps on either side. Every one of the 880 pages carries its full hreflang set for Bulgarian, English and x-default, 2,640 annotations in total, which is the signal that gets a Bulgarian buyer the Bulgarian page and an international buyer the English one instead of the two competing with each other.
