Deaglo delivers FX risk and hedging analytics to corporates and funds: Monte Carlo simulations, hedging strategy tools, and an analytics platform that was being renamed Deaglo Intelligence. As a registered Commodity Trading Advisor with the CFTC and a Member of the NFA, every page of the new site had to carry compliant disclaimers, and the design had to communicate quantitative seriousness without a single stock photo.
The timeline was tight enough that we proposed a sprint model on day two: start working directly in Webflow, design and build in parallel, and split the site into a core sprint and an expansion sprint.

Design
The client asked for no human stock imagery at all, so the visual language was built from custom graphics, 3D platform renders, and product screenshots: the site looks like the analytics it sells. Art direction and the homepage were approved within a month of kickoff, the full page set and mobile designs within three, all on a component-driven design system with core animations, including the looping data graph that opens the homepage.

Development
The Webflow build shipped the full site: Home, About, Solutions and Industries, Interest Rates with the Monte Carlo section, Partnership, Careers, News and Insights, and team pages, plus HubSpot CRM integration, GDPR cookie compliance with legal pages, forms with validation and spam protection, GTM, and the complete technical SEO layer: metadata, 301 redirects, robots, canonicals, sitemap, and subdomain indexing control. Blog content moved into Webflow CMS as part of content population. QA ran in three passes, by the developer, the designer, and a QA specialist, across three browsers and five resolutions.

Launch
The launch happened live on the weekly call: DNS records switched in the client's registrar while they screen-shared, the site verified live, and the punch list cleared by Friday so the client could make their public announcement on Monday. Sprint 2 followed immediately: the Technology and Events pages were live within four weeks of launch, Academy and Webinar pages right behind them, with tutorial videos delivered for the client's team.

The fair-billing model
Post-launch support came with a 30-day free bug-fix window, then prepaid hour packages with client-visible time tracking. When three planned Sprint 2 pages turned out to be unnecessary, the unused scope became 15 support hours for future changes rather than a bill for undelivered work. That transparency, hours tracked and visible, capped fairly, and never charged for work not done, is what turned a website project into a relationship.
The Results
| Metric | Result | Context |
|---|---|---|
| ~4 months from contract to launch | for a full custom design and build, on the sprint model proposed at the start. | |
| Launch executed live on a call | , timed so the client could make their public announcement the following Monday. | |
| Compliance built in | NFA-compliant disclaimers and GDPR cookie management across the site. | |
| Expansion pages live within weeks | Technology and Events within four weeks of launch, Academy and Webinars right after. | |
| 15 support hours returned | from unused scope instead of billing for pages that were no longer needed. |
