Team-GPT had outgrown WordPress. Their B2B AI platform was winning enterprise customers, the marketing site was a P1 priority for the company, and they were mid-way through a multi-agency selection when they decided to stop evaluating and start building: "we're willing to end the process immediately and choose Creative Corner as a long-term partner."
They also set a hard deadline: live by September 1. For an AI SaaS whose pipeline runs on content and search, a slow or sloppy migration was an existential risk. We accepted the same day and started work before the contract was signed.

The migration
The scope covered the full WordPress site: dozens of core and solution pages, 16 comparison pages, webinars, free AI tools with calculator logic, and the entire blog, tracked page by page in a shared content framework sheet. We refreshed the homepage design in Figma along the way, ran client feedback through Feedbucket on staging, and included something unusual as a contractual line item: recorded training videos so Team-GPT's marketing team could manage pages and content themselves from day one.

The site went live on September 1, the contractual deadline.
The rebrand
Three weeks after launch, the client came back: Team-GPT was becoming Juma, and the entire site had to carry the new identity. Their brand agency delivered the visual identity; we implemented it across the web. The green light came on October 2 and the rebranded site went live on November 19, about six weeks, run on daily 15-to-30-minute standups through the final two weeks. A mid-flight font change was absorbed without moving the date. When the domain moved from team-gpt.com to juma.ai and the client's audit surfaced 45 legacy 404s, every redirect shipped within 24 hours.

The retainer
Since then the engagement has run on prepaid hour packages that roll over and never expire, billed with per-task time reports. The work has been product-level: a new Flows system with filtering and templates, Features and Compare page systems built on reusable components, an Integrations section bulk-built from a CSV export, a help-center CMS with search, and a technical SEO project covering schema, accessibility labels, and internal linking. Juma's own marketing team publishes at scale on the systems we built; at one point they were updating 240 articles themselves.

| 45 domain-migration 404s redirected within 24 hours | of the client's audit flagging them. | |
| A marketing team that ships without us | training videos were a contract deliverable, and the client's team now publishes and updates content, 240 articles at a time, on the systems we built. | |
| 13+ months of retainer and counting | , expanding from migration to rebrand to product-level page systems. | |
