Creative Corner Studio designed and built Cloud Office's website on Webflow, launching it on the new cloud-office.com domain on 3 November 2025 in English, Bulgarian and Greek. Cloud Office is a Google Cloud Premier Partner headquartered in Sofia with offices in London and Athens. The site carries a five-level page architecture in 18 CMS collections, a custom illustration system with 16 Lottie animations on the homepage, HubSpot forms, and a full hreflang cluster of 1,086 annotations; 292 URLs are live as of September 2026. Production started in mid-August 2025, so launch came in under 12 weeks. Six tutorial videos and success-story templates let the marketing team publish in-house, and a monthly design and development package has run since December 2025.

Cloud Office is a Google Cloud Premier Partner and a member of the AWS Solution Provider Program, headquartered in Sofia with offices in London and Athens. Its engineers run cloud migrations, data platforms, security programmes and AI projects for companies across Central and Eastern Europe, the UK and Ireland. The website did not say that. The old site lived on a Bulgarian-first domain, stacked claims and badges into a dense layout, and gave a prospect no clear path from a business problem to the service that solves it.

The rebuild had to carry a deep catalogue. Cloud Office organises its offering in five page levels: solution and service hubs, offering pages, and beneath them two further levels of specific engagements, from a Cloud Migration Readiness Assessment to Gemini for Workspace deployments. Every one of those pages needed to exist in English, Bulgarian and Greek, alongside success stories, events, a newsroom, careers, partnerships and certificates. And the marketing team wanted to add and translate pages themselves after launch.

Discovery, sitemap and content framework ran from May 2025. Production started in mid-August. The new site went live on the new cloud-office.com domain on 3 November 2025, under 12 weeks later.

Strategy

Structure came first. A content framework spreadsheet became the single source of truth for every page in every language, and the page structure was laid out in Figma so Cloud Office's internal working group could review it visually and comment in place. The launch was split into two sprints so the company could go live before the deepest pages were written: Sprint 1 covered every page down to Level 3; Sprint 2 added the Level 4 and Level 5 templates, careers, events, newsroom and partnerships. Deep pages were then populated in clusters, one Level 3 page with its Level 4 and 5 children at a time, in all three languages together.

Design

The visual language is built for a company that sells precision. TT Norms Pro carries the typography, a blue primary palette with orange and yellow accents carries the hierarchy, and a custom illustration system of dashboards, charts and workflow diagrams replaces stock imagery. The homepage alone runs 16 Lottie animations, approved on 4 December 2025 and then rolled out across the site.

Each page level got its own template. Level 5 pages follow the structure Cloud Office defined for its buyers: what it is, why trust us, the problem, the benefits, proof, how it works, the outcome, and the next step. Steps sit in vertical tab modules so longer titles stay readable on mobile. Careers, events, newsroom, partnerships and an awards and certificates page were designed in the same system, and success stories got Figma templates so the client can produce their own cover visuals.

Development

The site runs on Webflow with Webflow Localization for English, Bulgarian and Greek. The CMS mirrors the five-level architecture with separate collections per level, so URLs read /our-solutions/ and /cloud-solutions/ instead of one flat folder. Eighteen collections cover the catalogue, success stories with their use cases and industries, events with agendas and speakers, newsroom, team, partnerships, open positions and FAQs.

Level 3 cards show a button only where a Level 4 page exists, pages written in one language surface only in that locale, and each page has its own indexing switch so a half-translated cluster never reaches search. HubSpot forms connect enquiries to Cloud Office's CRM, and Google Tag Manager carries analytics and consent. The client reviewed every sprint on a staging domain with Feedbucket annotations before anything reached production.

Launch and SEO

Cloud Office moved from cloudoffice.bg to cloud-office.com at launch, so the cutover was a domain change as well as a redesign. We supplied the DNS records, imported and tested the 301 redirect map from the client's SEO agency, and provided the rules that route the legacy Bulgarian, UK and Greek domains to the matching locale; all three still resolve correctly today. Every page carries hreflang to its English, Bulgarian and Greek equivalents plus x-default, 1,086 annotations across the sitemap, and the Organization schema lists all three offices.

Sprint 2, with the Level 4 and 5 templates, animations, careers, events and newsroom, was ready for review on staging on 19 December 2025. By January the site was drawing enough traffic that Cloud Office moved to a higher Webflow hosting plan.

The partnership

Handover was designed for a team that publishes without developers. Six Webflow tutorial videos, from the dashboard to components, were delivered on 12 December 2025, followed by the success-story templates. Cloud Office's team now adds success stories, partnerships, events, translations and landing pages on its own.

Since December 2025 a monthly design and development package covers what the team would rather hand over: the awards and certificates page in March 2026, a client portal link in the navigation across all three languages in May, specialisation badges on Level 3 pages in September, and fixes turned around the same day, such as a Book a call form issue reported and resolved within two hours on 25 March 2026.
