Customertimes sells Salesforce expertise, and the shape of that business is the problem. There are products, service lines, industry practices, a partner ecosystem, events, a glossary, success stories, offices in several countries and a permanently open hiring pipeline. Every one of those is a content type that grows on its own schedule.
Their old site could not carry that. It communicated the services poorly, and the structure had no way to absorb new practices, new products or new roles without someone building pages by hand. For a consultancy whose credibility rests on looking like the enterprise partner it is, that was the wrong shop window.

Strategy
We treated the site as a content system rather than a set of pages. Each recurring thing on the site became its own CMS collection, and the count climbed past 40. That is what lets a corporate site of this breadth stay consistent: a new service page, a new glossary term, a new open position or a new event all arrive as data, not as a build request.

Design
The brand was simplified rather than replaced. We produced a custom set of icons, illustrations and visual assets so the site could carry its own look instead of leaning on stock imagery, which matters for a consultancy trying to read as a product-grade company. The design system then had to survive being applied across dozens of page types, so the components were built to be recombined rather than art directed one page at a time.

Development
The Webflow build is collection-driven throughout. The live site now runs:
- 68 blog posts and 17 solutions insights
- 42 open positions and the careers hub around them
- 23 glossary entries, a genuine SEO asset for a jargon-heavy field
- 14 success stories, 10 event highlights and 9 events
- 9 services, 9 industries, 8 partner ecosystem pages and 8 CT product pages

HubSpot was integrated so the site feeds the commercial funnel rather than sitting beside it. Structured data was implemented thoroughly: the homepage alone carries Organization, WebSite, Service, OfferCatalog, Offer, Person, ItemList, ContactPoint and PostalAddress markup, which is the kind of entity graph that search engines and AI answer engines can actually read.

What happened next
In the 16 months to September 2026 the site drew 3.22 million search impressions and 25,409 clicks. Monthly impressions grew from roughly 128,000 to roughly 270,000 over that window, so the site is surfacing for more than twice as many queries as it was. Clicks over the same period stayed broadly flat, which is the honest read: the platform widened the surface, and the next gain has to come from what those listings say rather than from how many there are.
The careers section is the quiet standout. The careers and open-positions pages together account for more than 3,300 clicks at average positions of 4.2 and 6.8, so the site is doing real recruiting work for a company that hires continuously.

The Results
| Metric | Result | Context |
|---|---|---|
| 40+ CMS collections | Carrying the whole corporate site | Services, industries, products, events, glossary, success stories, careers and more, each a collection rather than hand-built pages |
| 313 pages | Live on Webflow | Verified from the sitemap on 13 September 2026 |
| 3.22M impressions | In the 16 months to September 2026 | Google Search Console, 1 May 2025 to 10 September 2026, alongside 25,409 clicks |
| 2x search visibility | Monthly impressions grew from about 128,000 to about 270,000 | Same window. Clicks stayed broadly flat, so this is reach rather than traffic growth. Content is published by the client's team on our templates |
| Position 4.2 on careers | 3,300+ clicks across careers and open positions | The site recruits as well as it sells, for a consultancy that hires continuously |
| Full entity graph | Organization, WebSite, Service, OfferCatalog, Person and more in JSON-LD | Readable by search engines and AI answer engines, not just by people |
