Energo-Pro on Webflow: the Energy solutions and services for business customers page on desktop, beside its mobile view for business customers
Energo-Pro, one of Bulgaria's largest electricity suppliers, ran three separate websites and had already chosen a Laravel-plus-headless-CMS rebuild when we made a different case: consolidate all three into one Webflow platform. They agreed. The result launched on January 28, 2026: a bilingual site now serving 3,002 URLs, including a 1,283-article news archive, a careers hub with automated listing expiry, and HubSpot-wired B2B forms, delivered through enterprise procurement with staged acceptance protocols, a client security audit, and QA teams from five directorates.

Energo-Pro supplies electricity to a large share of Bulgaria. Its digital presence was split across three separate websites, one per business line, and the group had already made a technology decision for the rebuild: Laravel with a headless CMS. The RFPs were out, procurement was formal, and around fifteen stakeholders across directorates had a say.

We won the work by changing the question. After auditing all three sitemaps page by page, we recommended consolidating the three sites into one: a single domain concentrating years of authority (the consumer site alone drew on the order of a million visits), one architecture built around how customers actually use an energy provider, and one platform their teams could publish on without developers. The client took the recommendation, and the platform decision moved from Laravel to Webflow.

The consolidated Energo-Pro sitemap: electricity for home, electricity for business, the company, careers, MyEnergoPro and contacts, merged from three separate websites into one treeEnergo-Pro page designs for producers, business customers and households: what we offer, free-market supply for business, regulated-market prices and a consultation form

Strategy and design

The build ran on enterprise rails: a fixed contract with staged payments released against bilaterally signed acceptance protocols, weekly syncs with the client's program manager for eight months, and a content framework document prioritizing every page. Design covered a component system spanning roughly 70 to 80 unique page templates with mobile versions, segmented for business and residential customers, with Figma comments as the approval record.

The design work went past page layouts. We set the colour palette and the typography scale, wrote the brand guidelines that govern them, and delivered the whole thing as a documented component library. That library is the reason a 3,002-URL bilingual site stayed visually consistent across ~70-80 unique templates, and the reason Energo-Pro's own team can build new pages on-brand without us in the room.

Development

The platform shipped with the systems an enterprise utility needs:

  • A careers hub with a filterable job catalog in two languages, CV upload applications, concurrent publishing for multiple HR recruiters, PDF downloads of listings, and automated takedown of expired listings via the Webflow API, architected by us and implemented together with Energo-Pro's IT team.
  • HubSpot CRM integration on the B2B side, from the Sales CRM deal we brokered through to forms and calendar logic wired into the site.
  • News migration via database export and CSV import, preserving the archive that now counts 1,283 articles on the live site.
  • Complex components: Mapbox service map, site search, sliders, and custom code where Webflow needed extending.

Launch

January 2026 was launch month, enterprise style: QA representatives from five directorates, a client security audit of the staging environment, a WAVE accessibility test, a training course set up inside the company's own academy plus training videos, a content freeze, and a full 301 redirect map covering both retired domains in both languages. The site went live on January 28, 2026. The day after, we shared the logged development time with the client: 1,353 hours, excluding leadership time, transparency as a feature, not a favor.

The retainer

A maintenance contract has run since February 2026 on a monthly hours model with signed protocols. The measure of the handover is how little the client needs us: their communications team makes content changes themselves, their IT runs the careers automation, and multiple internal teams publish under role-based access. The website went from three developer-dependent codebases to a platform the company operates on its own.
