Migrating and Redesigning Juma (ex Team-GPT)’s Website

Juma (ex Team‑GPT) needed to move away from an outdated website that suffered from UX issues, performance limitations, and growing maintenance challenges. We migrated 210+ pages from WordPress to Webflow in 40 days with zero SEO loss. While migrating, we collaborated closely with the Juma team on content and structure, enabling faster delivery. Shortly after, we completed a full redesign in under three weeks, following Juma’s new brand identity.
