The Yazta Mobile App Success

Yazta, a Mexican-based platform connecting professionals offering services like babysitting, cleaning, and cooking with individuals in need of these services, approached us with a unique challenge. Despite having a functional mobile application, their UX and UI were poorly designed, resulting in low user engagement. After conducting extensive research and analysis, we identified the key pain points and challenges faced by users. To address the challenges, our team embarked on a comprehensive redesign journey, starting by creating a user-friendly and intuitive UX that addressed the pain points identified during the research phase. Simultaneously, we transformed the UI into a modern and visually captivating design.
