Webflow Enterprise pricing, plans, and when you need it

Published October 14, 2026Reading time: 10 min read

Webflow Enterprise has no public price. Webflow quotes each customer an annual contract, billed by invoice or card, and sizes it around your seats, sites, traffic, languages, and support. The nearest published number is the Team plan at $2,500 a month on an annual contract. Plenty of marketing teams don't need Enterprise at all.

Creative Corner Studio is a Webflow Enterprise partner that builds B2B websites for US marketing teams. Here's how we explain the choice to clients, with the Webflow contract and the build kept apart.

Key Takeaways

  • No list price. Enterprise is a custom annual contract from Webflow's sales team, billed by invoice or credit card.
  • The lineup changed in May 2026. The plans are now Starter, Basic, Premium, Team, and Enterprise. CMS and Business are gone.
  • Team vs Enterprise. Team costs $2,500 a month with publishing workflows, 10 seats, and 2 languages. Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM, custom roles, page-level permissions, audit logs, a 99.99% uptime SLA, and custom limits.
  • The build is a separate bill. At Creative Corner, enterprise builds typically cost $25,000 to $60,000, and a full multi-market build takes 6 to 8 months.
  • IT and legal usually decide it. If nobody is asking for SSO, a negotiated contract, or custom limits, start with Team or Premium.

What is Webflow Enterprise?

Webflow Enterprise is Webflow's top plan: a custom annual contract that bundles your sites, Workspace, seats, and add-ons, with limits set for your organization instead of fixed caps. It adds the identity controls, permissions, and uptime commitments that IT and legal teams ask for, plus a dedicated account manager at Webflow.

Four terms come up in every Enterprise conversation:

  • SSO (single sign-on): your team logs in to Webflow through your company's identity provider.
  • SCIM: automatic user provisioning, so Webflow access follows people as they join or leave.
  • SLA (service level agreement): the uptime and response times Webflow commits to in writing.
  • MSA (master services agreement): a negotiated contract that replaces standard terms of service.

On May 13, 2026, Webflow merged its CMS and Business Site plans into one Premium plan and added a Team plan between Premium and Enterprise. Any guide that compares Enterprise with the Business plan predates that change. Today the real question is Team or Enterprise.

How much does Webflow Enterprise cost?

Webflow doesn't publish an Enterprise price. Its sales team quotes an annual contract, which you pay by invoice or credit card. Monthly billing isn't available on Enterprise or on Team.

What the quote is built around

Webflow's pricing page marks these "Custom" for Enterprise:

  • Seats: full seats (design and admin) and limited seats (content editing).
  • Scale: CMS items, static pages, API request limits, and bandwidth, which Enterprise can pool across sites.
  • Languages: locales in Webflow Localize, Webflow's translation product.
  • Add-ons: Webflow Optimize (A/B testing), Webflow Analyze (site analytics), and AI credits.
  • Support: a customer success manager, a solutions architect, and phone support come with Webflow's Premium SLA option.

The nearest published price is the Team plan

Team costs $2,500 a month on an annual contract, or $30,000 a year. Webflow lists Enterprise as "everything in Team, plus" more, but publishes no minimum, so treat Team as a reference point rather than a floor.

A third-party estimate (not a Webflow price)

  • Vendr, which tracks software contracts, shows a median of $37,900 a year across 132 Webflow purchases, from $10,000 to $82,148 (checked October 2026). That covers every kind of Webflow deal, not only Enterprise.

The build is a separate bill

Webflow charges for the platform; whoever builds and migrates the site charges separately. At Creative Corner, enterprise builds typically cost $25,000 to $60,000, and projects start at $12,000 with a fixed scope and a fixed price. The number moves with page templates, languages and markets, how much content migrates, and the tools the site connects to (CRM, analytics, consent). Every project gets a fixed quote within 48 hours.

Year one on Team adds up like this: $30,000 for the plan plus an enterprise-scale build of $25,000 to $60,000, so $55,000 to $90,000 before extra seats or locales. On Enterprise, swap the $30,000 for Webflow's quote.

Webflow plans compared: Premium vs Team vs Enterprise

Premium is a self-serve Site plan, Team is a bundled platform plan with a published price, and Enterprise is a custom contract. Think of office space: Premium is a desk you rent month to month, Team is a furnished office on a one-year lease, and Enterprise is a lease your lawyers negotiate line by line. The table uses Webflow's pricing page on October 14, 2026.

Premium Team Enterprise
Price $25/mo billed yearly or $39/mo monthly, per site $2,500/mo Custom quote
Billing Card, monthly or yearly Annual contract Annual contract, invoice or card

One detail people miss: Team's 10 seats are 5 full seats (design and settings) and 5 limited seats (content editing). If more than 5 people design, you'll pay for extra seats.

What does Enterprise include that Team doesn't?

Enterprise adds identity management, finer permissions, audit logs, stronger SLAs, a negotiated contract, and custom limits. Publishing workflows, page branching, AEO agents, and 24/7 priority support are on both plans. Webflow lists these as Enterprise only:

  • Identity: SSO, SCIM, and just-in-time provisioning, which creates a Webflow account the first time someone signs in through SSO.
  • Permissions: custom roles, access controls down to single pages and CMS Collections, and design approvals from named reviewers.
  • Audit and staging: an audit logs API that sends logins and role changes to your security tools, private staging, and a custom staging domain. Team has the site activity log, which records site changes.
  • SLAs: 99.99% hosting uptime instead of 99.00%, and incident response in 1 hour (major) and 4 hours (minor) instead of 12 and 24.
  • Contract and limits: an MSA, invoice billing, and custom seats, CMS items, pages, bandwidth, API limits, and locales.
  • People: a dedicated account manager, plus a customer success manager, solutions architect, and scheduled phone support with the Premium SLA.

The uptime gap is bigger than it looks. In a 30-day month, 99.00% allows about 7 hours of downtime, while 99.99% allows about 4 minutes.

The fine print. Webflow says some Enterprise features come only on specific Enterprise plans, so ask for your plan's feature list in writing before you sign.

When do you need Webflow Enterprise?

You need Enterprise when someone in your company sets a requirement that Team can't meet. That person is rarely in marketing. More often it's IT, legal, or procurement:

  • IT requires SSO or SCIM. Team and Premium offer neither.
  • Legal needs a negotiated MSA instead of standard terms.
  • Finance needs invoices or purchase orders. Self-serve plans are card only.
  • Several teams or agencies publish to one site, so you need custom roles, page-level permissions, or design approvals.
  • You need a 99.99% uptime SLA or 1-hour response to major incidents.
  • You've hit Team's limits. Webflow sells extra seats, locales, and CMS items on Team, but lists no add-on for static pages (500), bandwidth (30 TB a year), or the API limit (600 requests a minute).
  • You run several sites or markets and want seats, bandwidth, and languages pooled in one contract.

When you don't need Webflow Enterprise

You don't need Enterprise if nobody is asking for SSO, a negotiated contract, invoices, or custom limits. A big company name isn't a reason on its own.

  • One site and a small team: Premium plus a Workspace plan covers 20,000 CMS items and 300 static pages.
  • Traffic is the only issue: in Webflow's own example, a Premium site using 500 GB a month pays $199 a month billed yearly, add-ons included.
  • You want workflows, branching, and a second language, but IT doesn't require SSO: Team covers that at a published price.
  • You want better rankings or AI citations: no plan does that for you. Search and AI visibility come from structure, content, and technical SEO, which you control on any plan.

The exception: if your parent company requires SSO for every tool, even a small site ends up on Enterprise.

Moving up later doesn't mean a rebuild: the same site moves into an Enterprise Workspace. Start on the smallest plan that meets every written requirement.

How do you buy Webflow Enterprise?

You buy Enterprise from Webflow's sales team, through "Talk to us" on the pricing page. A partner can help you scope it, but the sales order comes from Webflow:

  1. Write down your requirements: who designs and who edits, sites and markets, languages, monthly traffic, CMS size, SSO and compliance needs, and your target launch date.
  2. Talk to Webflow sales. They scope the plan and quote an annual contract. Ask which Enterprise features your plan includes.
  3. Run reviews in parallel. Webflow recommends naming one internal owner, running legal, security, and procurement reviews at the same time, and starting security early. Webflow is SOC 2 Type II compliant and ISO 27001 certified, and helps with security questionnaires.
  4. Sign the order. Webflow sets up your Enterprise Workspace on the start date in the sales order.
  5. Add your site. Create one or transfer an existing site, and Webflow adds the Enterprise Site plan. A live site on a paid plan must first be downgraded to the free Starter plan, which takes it offline until you reconnect the domain and republish. Plan that window with Webflow Support.

How long does an enterprise Webflow project take?

It depends on the scope, and real projects show the range: Testlio moved 823 pages from WordPress to Webflow Enterprise in 12 weeks, Energo-Pro merged three websites into one in 5 months, and Klipboard launched 8 markets in 4 languages in 7 months. At Creative Corner, a full multi-market build takes 6 to 8 months and a large or multilingual site 4 to 5 months. Migrations depend mostly on page count:

Migration Timeline Real project
Small site, under 50 pages (Wix, Squarespace, HTML) 2 to 4 weeks
Mid-size, 50 to 300 pages (WordPress, HubSpot) 6 to 10 weeks Juma: 216 pages in 40 business days
Large, 300+ pages 3 to 4 months Testlio: 823 pages in 12 weeks
Multilingual or multi-site 4 to 5 months Energo-Pro: 3 sites into 1, bilingual, 5 months
Enterprise 6 to 8 months Klipboard: 8 markets in 4 languages, 7 months

Start the Webflow sales conversation during discovery, not in launch week. Webflow itself advises starting security reviews early to avoid delays.

> From our projects > > - Klipboard: HubSpot CMS to Webflow Enterprise, 1,556 URLs across 8 markets in 4 languages, 7 months. > - Energo-Pro: three sites into one bilingual platform of 3,002 URLs, through enterprise procurement and a client security audit, 5 months. > - Testlio: WordPress to Webflow Enterprise, 823 pages, about 200,000 monthly visits kept, 12 weeks.

What does a Webflow Enterprise partner do?

A Webflow Enterprise partner is an agency in Webflow's partner program that holds Webflow's Enterprise distinction, a badge Webflow awards to partners with a track record of selling Webflow Enterprise. The partner builds and migrates the site; Webflow provides the platform, hosting, and support.

The program has three tiers: Foundations (the entry level, added in April 2026), Certified Partner, and Premium Partner, the tier for partners with the strongest track record. Enterprise isn't a tier. It's a distinction, added in 2024, that sits on top of a tier.

On an Enterprise project, a partner helps you choose a plan, maps the content model and design system, migrates content with a redirect map so search traffic follows the move, sets up localization and roles, and trains your team.

How to choose a Webflow Enterprise partner

  • Verify in Webflow's directory. Look the agency up at webflow.com/certified-partners and filter for Premium and Enterprise. A badge on an agency's own site isn't proof.
  • Ask for Enterprise case studies with numbers: URLs, languages, markets, and duration.
  • Ask how they protect search traffic: the redirect map, QA, and the weeks after launch.
  • Ask who does the work (in-house or subcontracted), and for a fixed quote and timeline.
  • Ask whether Team would do. A partner who recommends Enterprise to everyone isn't reading your requirements.

Creative Corner Studio is a Webflow Premium Enterprise Partner: Premium is the top tier of Webflow's partner program, and we also hold Webflow's Enterprise badge. We have 50+ in-house team members in Sofia, 350+ projects since 2019, and a 5.0 rating on Clutch from 24 reviews.

Frequently asked questions

Can you pay for Webflow Enterprise monthly?

No. Webflow bills Enterprise annually, by invoice or credit card. Team is annual only too; Basic and Premium are the plans you can pay month to month.

What's the difference between the Webflow Team plan and Enterprise?

Team is a fixed $2,500-a-month bundle: a site, 10 seats, 2 languages, and publishing workflows. Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM, custom roles, page-level permissions, audit logs, a 99.99% uptime SLA, an MSA, and contract-set limits.

Does Webflow Enterprise include SSO?

Yes, along with SCIM and just-in-time provisioning. None of them are on Team or Premium, and you turn SSO on through Webflow's Enterprise Support Portal.

Is the Webflow Business plan the same as Enterprise?

No, and new customers can't buy the Business plan anymore. On May 13, 2026, Webflow merged the CMS and Business plans into Premium. Existing Business sites move to Premium at their next renewal from June 29, 2026, or from November 16, 2026 in Freelancer and Agency Workspaces.

Can we move an existing Webflow site to Enterprise?

Yes. You transfer it into your Enterprise Workspace and Webflow adds the Enterprise Site plan. A live site on a paid plan goes offline briefly during the transfer, so schedule it with Webflow Support.

Do you need a partner to buy Webflow Enterprise?

No. You can buy it directly from Webflow. A partner earns its place on the work around the contract: deciding whether you need Enterprise, then the build, the migration, and training.
